ELIGIBILITY
â– Any student enrolled (during 2017 though 2019 ) in a program of Associate (two-year), B(F)A, or M(F)A degree in art
■Entry primarily made of student’s own handmade paper

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
â– Schools with a current or new Institutional Membership to the Friends of Dard Hunter may enter up to ten Students for $130. Institutional Membership rate is $100. To join: https://friendsofdardhunter.org/membership/
â– Non-Member schools may enter up to five students for a single $130 fee; or up to ten students for $230.
â– Submission fees will be accepted through PayPal and must be sent, by the institution only, to papertriennial@gmail.com.Contact us if your institution requires checks.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
â– Entry by digital image only. File size max 1000 pixels per side, 72 dpi. Label file with student last name, number on entry form, and school. Example: smith1MICA.jpg., smith2MICA.jpg.
â– All entries should be submitted through Dropbox by sharing a link to papertriennial@gmail.com
â– Students may submit up to 2 original artworks and 1 detail image
â– Drop box folder structure: Main folder should be labeled with school name. Example: UArts 2019 Paper Triennial Entry
â– Sub folders inside should be created for each student entrant and include their entry from and digital images and labeled as last name and school. Example: SmithMICA
■Accepted works will be shipped and returned at artist’s or school’s expense. Shipping between venues is at Triennial expense.
â– Insurance is handled by host exhibition site while the work is on premises; insurance in transit is the responsibility of the artist.
